This is exactly what they need to develop that independence.  More than multifunctional, this chair allows kids learning and becoming confident while playing, eating, reading and drawing.
We have a 32 months toddler and we can tell that this chair is by far the thing he has used the most. He starting when he was about 12 months old and since then, he uses the chair for everything he needs. Since have meals until pretending play with teddy bears.
